Package Your Items

Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring the completed returns form is placed inside the parcel to avoid any processing delays.

Send via Tracked Post

Address your package to the Hull KR Fan Experience Store and send it via a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Processing and Refund

Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 working days back to your original payment method.
